The rhythm gallery of Afro Studio: Djembe & Dunun, the Android
app on Google Play, keeps a small account for everyone who publishes a rhythm from the
app. You can delete yours in any of the three ways below.
In the app
Open Afro Studio and tap the ⋮ menu.
Choose Gallery account, then Delete account.
Confirm with Delete.
On this page
Sign in with the Google account you publish with, check the address, and confirm.
Delete the gallery account for ?
By e-mail
Write to privacy@djembe.gallery from the
address you publish with and ask for your account to be deleted. This is also the way
if you published without a Google account on the gallery's earlier server.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted: your e-mail address and your Google account identifier.
This happens immediately. Our hosting provider's database recovery history may hold
a copy for up to 30 days, after which it is gone.
Kept: the rhythms you published, so the shared collection stays
intact for other learners. The gallery does not show who published a rhythm, and
after deletion nothing links the rhythms to you. The rhythm name and the author name
you entered stay as they are.
To remove rhythms as well, delete them in the app (long-press a rhythm in the Load
dialog) before you delete your account, or write to us and name them.
